Flame Guards Fall Apart
Poor Flame Quality
The flame guards fell deteriorated after about 8 months of ownership. I would still use it but it causes any meat grease to constantly catch on fire. If the flame guards were built better this would help a lot.
How long have you owned it:More than six months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quick sear over high heat on both sides, and then off to the side to finish over indirect heat.
It's finished when the juices on the top run clear.
*indirect heat - turn the side of the grill the meat is on off, and the other side of the grill between medium and low.
